THIS EVENT IS ALL ABOUT EXPLORING GUILT. WOMENS FEELINGS OF GUT WRENCHING, SOUL STIFLING, JOY INHIBITING GUILT. WHY DO WE SO OFTEN FEEL SO GUILTY? AND WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY HAVE TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT? SOMEHOW WE HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT EVERYTHING!!
BUT I SAY – ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! LETS EXPLORE ITS ORIGINS, BRING GUILT OUT INTO THE OPEN - HOLD IT ACCOUNTABLE AND THEN LEARN HOW TO FINALLY DITCH THE GUILT!!!
